I’m the person you want by your side.
I’m an executive assistant with an instinct for organization, an eye for detail, and a knack for staying a few steps ahead. I support c-suite executives, founders, creatives, and private clients with demanding schedules, high expectations, and places to be.
My work lives between executive support and making things happen. I’m always scanning and managing what needs attention today while thinking about what’s coming next. Whether it’s a calendar, a flight, a dinner reservation, an event, a relocation, or a last-minute change of plans, I pay attention to the preferences, patterns, people, and priorities behind it. The more I understand how you operate and where you’re going, the better I can anticipate what it takes to get you there.

What’s in a name?
My business is officially Jjang LLC, and the name is intentional.
In Korean, jjang (짱) is slang for “the best,” “awesome,” or “number one.” It also happens to live within my own name: Joo Ree Jang, my middle and last name.
Personal, ambitious, and fitting for a business built around doing things exceptionally well.
