By engaging Jjang LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Services
Jjang LLC provides executive, administrative, travel, event, digital, and related support services as outlined in each client agreement or scope of work.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, communicate in a timely manner, and make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Payment
Rates and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days. Payments may be made by credit or debit card, ACH, or PayPal.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Refunds for prepaid services are considered on a case-by-case basis based on work already performed or committed.

Confidentiality
Jjang LLC will maintain the confidentiality of personal, business, financial, and other sensitive information provided by clients, except when disclosure is authorized or required by law.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jjang LLC is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from services provided, except where resulting from negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for services performed and expenses incurred through the termination date. Jjang LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when appropriate.

Changes to These Terms
Jjang LLC may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms become effective when posted.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
